- Bodily injury and property damage claims that arise during a confirmed booking, up to ₮500 million per occurrence (₮500 million aggregate). Pre-existing damage and intentional acts are not covered. Full terms are available on request.
- How do I report a problem during a booking?
- Tap "Get help" inside any booking in your dashboard, or call +976 7000 0000. Our team is available 24/7 and aims to respond within 5 minutes.
- How are guests verified?
- Guests must verify a Mongolian phone number and a working email. For larger bookings, hosts can require additional ID before confirming.
