What is actually covered by the ₮500 million liability policy?: Bodily injury and third-party property damage claims that arise during a confirmed GÜÜR booking, subject to policy terms. Pre-existing damage, intentional acts, and excluded high-risk activities are not covered.
Do I need to file paperwork with Amar Insurance myself?: No. GÜÜR handles all claim intake on your behalf. You file a single report through your host dashboard or by calling +976 7000 0000, and our team coordinates with Amar.
How fast does the property damage guarantee pay out?: Most validated claims are reimbursed within 14 business days of submission. Photos and a short statement are usually all that is needed for amounts under ₮5 million.
Does the guarantee replace my own homeowner or business insurance?: No — it sits on top of whatever coverage you already have. We strongly recommend keeping your own policy in place; GÜÜR coverage activates for incidents tied to a confirmed GÜÜR booking.
