- Anyone in Mongolia with a space worth sharing. Apartments, ballrooms, restaurants, gyms, studios, ger camps — if you own it or have written permission to sublet, you can list it. All hosts are verified with an ID check before their first booking, and first-time hosts receive a free onboarding call with our Ulaanbaatar team.
- Guests pay upfront when they book. After the event concludes, GÜÜR releases your payout — minus the GÜÜR service fee — directly to your Khan Bank, Golomt, TDB, or Xac Bank account within 2–4 business days. You can see every payout, past and upcoming, on your host dashboard. No invoicing, no chasing, no hidden deductions.
- Yes. Every confirmed booking includes up to ₮500 million per occurrence in host liability coverage and up to ₮10 million in property damage protection, at no cost to you. Claims are handled by our trust & safety team — no lengthy paperwork, no wrestling with an insurance company on your own.
- Listing is free. GÜÜR takes a flat service fee on confirmed bookings, which covers payment processing, insurance, 24/7 support, and continued investment in the platform. You always see the exact fee before you accept a booking — there are no surprise charges.
- Life happens. You can set your own cancellation policy — from Very Flexible to Standard 90-day — and we enforce it fairly for both sides. If something urgent comes up, message our support team — we'll help you work it out with the guest so your host rating stays protected.
